Devon may not be at the top of the list as the UK’s most popular conference and meetings destination, but fortunately this has made it a competitive location to host both small, medium and large scale business events. Alongside this, Devon boasts something incredibly unique which inland cities can only dream of having on their doorstep – the seaside.

While we could list the benefits of taking your conference or meeting down to the Devonshire coastline all day long, it’s worth noting a few key essentials so you know what we’re all about. The Langstone Cliff Hotel flaunts sweeping views of the Devonshire coastline and is home to some of the most extensive conference, meetings and events spaces in Devon. With nine unique conference venues within the hotel, our conference rooms can accommodate meetings from two to 450 delegates with the potential to hire the whole venue including all of its outdoor space if required.

Only a short distance from the busy city of Exeter, the Langstone Cliff Hotel offers 64 En-suite Bedrooms (many with sea views and balconies)all equipped to make the travelling businessman or woman’s stay as pleasant and productive as possible. All rooms are well equipped with Freeview LCD TVs with Sky Sports. There is free wifi available throughout the hotel and grounds. The Lounge Suite contains a large 60″ plasma screen perfect for those momentous sporting events or training videos.

The bar is open all day every day and offers a comprehensive range of snacks and light meals as well as teas, coffees and soft drinks and when the work is done we have a range of eight draught beers, lagers, ciders and stouts. These and our Wine List are all very competitively priced.

The Lincoln Restaurant is the home of all things breakfast and dinner every day with lunch by appointment. Menus can be found here.

With town centre parking becoming ever more difficult and expensive for the business traveller, we’re delighted to mention that we have free parking for over two hundred cars within the hotel grounds.

Conveniently located Conference and Meeting Rooms, Devon

Unlike many other conference venues in Devon, the Langstone Cliff is central to impressive road and rail links. The local line railway station (Dawlish Warren) is just 400 metres from the hotel and the main line station (Dawlish) just a five minutes taxi ride away. The bus service stops immediately at the end of the hotel driveway and Exeter International Airport is just 14 Miles or around 30 minutes drive/bus journey.

We will happily plan trips to suit your timetable and can arrange coaches, taxis, admissions to any local attractions and meals – often at short notice if necessary. Being a home-from-home family run hotel,  we go above and beyond to ensure your business trip/event can be a successful one.
