Hassle-Free Parking with Over 200 Spaces Available

Finding convenient parking in Dawlish or securing a spot near the coast can often be a challenge, but we make it simple for our guests. Important: Register Your Vehicle at Reception to Avoid Penalties

To ensure our spaces are always reserved for genuine guests, our car park is managed by Smart Parking.

While we are delighted to be a free parking hotel that Dawlish visitors can rely on, you must sign in with your car registration at reception immediately upon arrival to avoid parking penalties. Please ensure that all vehicles in your party are fully registered to avoid receiving an automated fine.

Please note: All parking penalties are issued directly by Smart Parking, not the hotel. If you happen to receive a fine and wish to contest it, you will need to contact Smart Parking directly.

Does the Hotel Have EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging?

Yes! Langstone Cliff Hotel has 2 x 7Kw EV Chargers located in the upper car park adjacent to our Biomass Boiler.

The units are operated via the FUUSE app which can be obtained by scanning the QR code located on the notice beside each machine.

Once the app is installed, plug the car into the charger and scan the QR code with the app to commence charging.

The app will pre-authorise £20.00 on your card when it is used.

When the vehicle has completed charging, any unused credit will be refunded immediately. If more than

£20.00 is required then additional pre-authorisations will be made and any credit unused will be refunded on completion of charging.
