At Langstone Cliff Hotel in Devon, we have some incredible staff that have been with us for a number of years. The hotel would not run as smoothly without our amazing team, and we’d like you to get to know them! 

Kerri is the granddaughter of dedicated owners of Langstone Cliff, Geoff and Gerry and the daughter of General Manager Louise. With such an amazing family work ethos, Kerri couldn’t resist joining the fun and has been a loyal member of the Langstone team for almost 10 years now!

What is your favourite memory from working at the hotel?

Receiving flowers from a group organiser to let me know how much he appreciated my hard work. Also my first day in reception – I was very shy and no one thought I’d be able to cope, but I did and here I am nearly 10 years later!

What makes the hotel Langstone Cliff so special to you?

It’s family, so naturally it’s special to me but I love seeing the same guests come back year after year. They have become my extended family.

What is your favourite time of year to spend at the hotel?

Christmas 

When you’re not busy at the hotel, what is your favourite thing to do?

Spend time with my family, and I love to read whenever I get the chance
