Lawns At Langstone Cliff

The expansive east facing lawns of the hotel offer acres of space overlooking the Sea and Exe estuary, whilst being sheltered on three sides by the hotel woodlands.

The outdoor tennis court overlooks the lawns on the left, while the south west coast path leads down to the mile-long sandy beaches at Dawlish Warren and provides traffic-free access along the top of the cliffs towards Dawlish.

The heated outdoor pool and children’s play areas are located on the seaward side of the lawns. There is ample seating and there are plenty of sunbeds available.
