There actually is a fourth section to the Langstone Christmas holiday and this is aimed at those of us who for one reason or another cannot mange to stay with us over the Christmas or New Year period and this takes place in early January each year and we condense the Christmas and New Year holidays into the "Alternative Christmas and New Year over one weekend and we emulate Christmas day complete with gifts on the Friday evening and New Years Eve with Champagne and Auld Lang Syne on the Saturday - Great Fun! .
