Merlin the Magician is particularly popular especially as some of his props are live and furry! Merlin was recently awarded a children's entertainer of the year accolade.

Countryside Hawking bring a collection of birds of prey to the hotel lawns and offer “Close Encounter” falconry handling sessions. The birds are quite magnificent at close quarters and the Countryside Hawking team provide knowledgeable commentary throughout the display.

John Sherlock will do his level best to expend all of that pent up and seemingly inexhaustible supply of energy all the kids seem to have with his combination of party games and competitions.

We are particularly proud of the programmes we create for those special holidays. Not particularly innovative, all the traditional elements are maintained, everyone at the Langstone Cliff believes in Father Christmas and loves crackers and pantomime.
