The wonderful situation of the Langstone Cliff Hotel overlooking
the sea and magnificent red cliffs of south Devon means
you can almost taste the fresh air. There is a public footpath
from the hotel grounds down to the magnificent sandy beach
at Dawlish Warren. Whilst within the hotel grounds there
are also some pleasant woodland walks in the woods encircling
the hotel lawns.
The spacious lawns of the Langstone Cliff Hotel are sunlit
from morning till night, a sunbathers paradise, but the
large Victorian Verandah offers shade when required and
is also a favorite spot for after dinner coffee when our
mild West country climate often enables guests to enjoy
the sea view across to the twinkling lights of East Devon
long after the sun has gone down.

hole Warren Golf Course where hotel guests have
concessionary fees, and we also have a golf practice area
here in the hotel grounds.
Most
weekends from May to November there is dancing
to live music interspersed with the hotels
regular Disco. Children's parties are presented
each week throughout the summer.
The
Lincoln Restaurant and Bar are right at the
heart of the Hotel and are open all day and
every day throughout the year for the service
of food and drink.
