From London and the north leave the M5 by junction 30 and follow signs for Dawlish on to the A379 for about 8 miles through Kenton and Starcross. Then turn left by the small harbour, half a mile after the village of Starcross. Continue along this road for about a mile to Dawlish Warren. Once you are in Dawlish Warren, the road turns right, up the hill, the Langstone Cliff Hotel is about 100 metres on your left. Alternatively continue to the end of the M5. Take the A380 for Torbay, then take the left turn for Starcross - the B3381.

From Plymouth and the South West, proceed along the A38 to the junction for Exeter Racecourse. Follow the signs from here to the A380 approximately half a mile. At the junction with the A380 cross the A380 at the top of Telegraph Hill and take the road adjacent to the cafe. Follow this road for about a mile to the junction where it joins the B3381, turn left down the hill and follow the road to its end at Starcross. Turn left and follow the road for about 300 metres to find the harbour mentioned above.

The Langstone Cliff Hotel is excellently located for the businessman travelling in the south west with a mainline station just a five minute Taxi ride away.

The M5, A38 and A380 just 20 minutes drive from the sheltered tranquility of the hotel grounds. Shutterton trading estate at Dawlish is only 5 minutes away, Broadmeadow at Teignmouth approximately 15 minutes.

The Marsh Barton Industrial estate at Exeter are just 20 minutes away by car even at peak times, with Sowton trading estate only another 5 minutes driving time.

Torquay and Paignton are about 30 minutes driving time. Newton Abbot around 20 minutes. Plymouth is within reach in 50 minutes. Bristol is around 1 and a half hours, Cornwall can be reached in an hour.

Travellers can be on the A30 with it`s links with North Devon and Cornwall after about 20 minutes from the hotel and Okehampton in around 45 minutes.
