Boxing
Day - 26th December ...
A little quieter today but watch out for Uncle
Michael’s Fabulous Fun Show for the Children
at 3.00pm
Boxing Day Dinner will be in the Washington Suite
For the first time at the Langstone Cliff Hotel we
present a murder/mystery evening. You are all invited
to the presentations of “The Oscar Night”.
Reception 7.00 – 8.00pm Dinner 8.00pm prompt
You dare not be late as the entertainment commences
from this point on. We shall be joined by a team
of six professional actors and actresses, maybe you
will spot them, maybe you wont. The plot unfolds
as dinner is served and as the meal is coming to
an end we shall be addressed by the inspector with
a résumé of the evenings dastardly
events and asked to name the guilty party. There
will, of course, have to be prizes. The accent is
decidedly on fun, not fear – and as it is Oscars
night it seems a great opportunity to dress-up. Dinner
jackets and “posh frocks” would be welcome.
After all has been revealed we have a fun casino
with roulette and blackjack and Music Café will
bring you the music you want to hear, because you
get to select it.
Sounds good doesn’t it?

New
Year...
With dinner and dance with the Charleston
Chasers and John Sherlock's Disco.
The Charleston Chasers is Europe’s
premier Hot Vintage Orchestra, bringing the Roaring
Twenties to Life! We are very proud to bring them
to Dawlish – and on New Year’s Eve at
that! This ten piece orchestra of superb musicians
specialise in the jazz age music of the twenties
and thirties, music that today still provides great
entertainment and brings fun, wit, sophistication
and joie-de-vivre to events wherever they play. Entertainment
at its best.
But we do it all again with the
alternatives weekend only a week afterwards. There
is a little availability for this- but hurry!
Once
again details are available in the Latest
Specials Brochure available
by post - just call or Email.
