This popular hotel is a short drive from both Exeter and Torquay and is Set in 19 acres of  woodland on the beautiful south Devon 
coast at Dawlish Warren with expansive lawns and gardens and magnificent sea views overlooking the golden sandy beaches and internationally famous nature reserve at Dawlish Warren. There is ample free on site parking. The sandy beach is a short walk from the hotel via public footpath.

The Langstone Cliff has provided the perfect setting for unforgettable Devon holidays since the first guests arrived in the Spring of 1947, prior to that it was what the Victorians knew as a "Gentleman's Residence".
